What is this platform about?
This platform is designed to manage online commerce risk, improve
transaction efficiency, ensure the security of electronic transactions,
improve customers experience and eliminate fraud to a high degree.
Do I need to be a business to use this
platform?
NO! The movement of all kinds of products, goods and services,
be it office item, home properties etc., or items of commercial transaction
can happen using this platform.
Payments & Security
How does the payment system work?
Funds are transferred from Customers’ regular Bank account into your designate Wallet (Virtual Account) with DjeePath. Go to your Wallet and move funds as agreed with Seller or receiver who must also have a Wallet presence with DjeePath. The Funds is held in and Escrow and cannot be withdrawn or retrieved by either the Buyer/Sender or Seller/Receiver until the complete formalities is achieved. The Funds passes to the destination
account as soon as buyer and Logistics Agent activate their respective complete button
Is my payment safe?
Absolutely! Fund in an Escrow account is on lien until Buyer/Seller/Delivery Agents activates their completion formalities.
Can I cancel a transaction after payment?
It depends. Once goods or object of payment is already in transit, transaction cannot be cancelled at this point. But you can raise a complaint with the Company and also agree with the seller/sender. Whichever case, the Delivery Agent must be settled for his/her services for the returns of the goods!
Disputes & Refunds
What if my item is not delivered?
Your money will be returned to your account after investigation is carried out to establish if this is actually the case. On no account should you activate your own “Transaction Complete” button if you do not receive your items.
What if I receive my Item and fail to activate my Completed transaction Button?
If after receiving the items and you fail to press the complete formalities button while that of the Delivery Agent is activated. The company will expect a complaint from the Customer. If this is not done for up to 12 hours; the Office will force-close the transaction and funds will pass hands accordingly and transaction deemed completed.
How long does it take to resolve a dispute?
: Your funds should return to your Wallet within 48 hours of instituting a complaint. This will give room for the Seller /sender to respond and the foreclosure of the transaction.
Account & Settings
Can I change my phone number or email?
Yes and No! You can change your Phone number, but this must be verified that you are the bona-fide owner from the regulatory authority. You cannot Change your e-mail unless you can proof with facts the reason for doing so is genuine.
How do I delete my account?
While we will love to have and provide you with the best of our services, there is however, free entry and exit in the platform and like every financial services company, you will be requested to provide a letter requesting for the discontinuation of your membership.
