DjeePath Policies

Core policy positions that define how we protect users, partners, and transactions.

DjeePath Logistix Limited Core Policy Positions.

Purpose

These policy positions define how DjeePath Logistix Limited ("DjeePath") operates its integrated payments, escrow, logistics coordination, and marketplace enablement services. They are designed to protect customers, vendors, logistics partners, financial partners, and DjeePath itself, while ensuring regulatory alignment, transparency, and trust.

Scope

These policies apply to all users of the DjeePath platform, including buyers, vendors/SMEs, logistics partners, agents, employees, and third-party service providers.

1. Anti-Fraud Policy

Policy Position

DjeePath maintains a zero-tolerance stance toward fraud, misrepresentation, collusion, and abuse of the platform. Fraud prevention is a shared responsibility among DjeePath, users, vendors, and partners.

Key Principles

  • Identity verification (KYC/KYB) is mandatory for vendors, wallet holders, and partners.
  • Transactions are monitored using risk-based controls, behavioral analytics, and manual reviews.
  • Escrow-based payment flow is used to reduce diversion, non-delivery, and chargeback risks.

Prohibited Conduct

  • False representation of identity, goods, pricing, or delivery status.
  • Collusion between buyers, vendors, and logistics partners to manipulate escrow release.
  • Wallet abuse, including layering, cycling, or laundering of funds.
  • Use of the platform to facilitate illegal transactions.

Enforcement

DjeePath reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts.
  • Freeze wallets and escrow balances pending investigation.
  • Reverse or withhold settlements.
  • Report suspicious activity to relevant regulators and law-enforcement agencies.

2. Orders and Cancellations Policy

Policy Position

DjeePath supports fair, transparent, and time-bound order fulfillment and cancellation processes, balancing buyer protection with vendor sustainability.

Order Lifecycle

  • Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment into escrow.
  • Vendors must acknowledge and prepare orders within defined service-level timelines.

Cancellations

  • Buyer-initiated cancellations are permitted before vendor dispatch, subject to platform rules.
  • Vendor-initiated cancellations must be justified and may attract penalties or performance flags.
  • Post-dispatch cancellations are restricted and handled case-by-case.

Accountability

Repeated cancellations, non-fulfillment, or abuse may result in sanctions, including reduced visibility, suspension, or termination.

3. Prohibited and Restricted Items Policy

Policy Position

DjeePath does not support the listing, payment, or delivery of goods and services that violate applicable laws, regulations, or platform standards.

Prohibited Items (Non-Exhaustive)

  • Illegal drugs, narcotics, and controlled substances.
  • Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and weapons.
  • Counterfeit goods and intellectual property infringements.
  • Stolen items and illegally sourced products.

Restricted Items

  • Items requiring licenses, permits, or special handling.
  • Perishables, hazardous materials, or regulated products subject to additional conditions.

Compliance

Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring compliance. DjeePath may delist items, withhold settlement, or report violations.

4. Refunds and Replacement Policy

Policy Position

Refunds and replacements are governed by objective evidence, escrow controls, and fairness to all parties.

Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be granted where:

  • Goods are not delivered.
  • Goods delivered are materially defective or not as described.
  • Delivery timelines are breached beyond acceptable thresholds.

Process

  • Complaints must be lodged within the defined dispute window.
  • Escrow funds remain locked until resolution.
  • Evidence such as delivery confirmation, inspection reports, or photographs may be required.

Resolution

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the buyer’s wallet.
  • Replacements may be coordinated through approved logistics partners.

5. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Policy Position

DjeePath coordinates delivery through vetted logistics partners to ensure traceability, accountability, and service reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Vendors are responsible for proper packaging and dispatch readiness.
  • Logistics partners are responsible for transit integrity and proof of delivery.
  • Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Proof of Delivery

Escrow release is contingent on verifiable delivery confirmation, which may include:

  • One-time codes (OTP).
  • Geo-tagged evidence.

Exceptions

Delays caused by force majeure events are handled in line with predefined contingency rules.

6. Vendor Settlement Policy

Policy Position

Vendor settlements are escrow-driven, conditional, and performance-based to protect buyers and sustain trust in the ecosystem.

Settlement Mechanics

  • Funds are credited to escrow upon buyer payment.
  • Settlement is released only after successful delivery confirmation and lapse of dispute window.

Deductions

DjeePath may deduct:

  • Platform service fees.
  • Logistics costs (where applicable).
  • Penalties arising from policy breaches.

Settlement Timing

Settlement timelines are published and may vary based on vendor tier, risk profile, and transaction history.

7. Wallet Management Policy

Policy Position

DjeePath wallets are designed as transactional instruments, not deposit-taking accounts, and are operated with strict controls.

Wallet Usage

  • Wallets may be used for payments, escrow funding, refunds, and settlements.
  • Interest is not paid on wallet balances.

Controls

  • Transaction limits apply based on verification level.
  • Wallet-to-wallet transfers may be restricted to prevent misuse.
  • Automated and manual monitoring is applied to detect suspicious activity.
